Mother Nature toyed with us during Pride week, alternating between gorgeous, sunny days and torrential downpours. Some of the outdoor events required a little bravery and an umbrella but when the big day came, the sun burned off the clouds and lit up the rally at the Legislature, the parade along Broadway and the festivities at The Forks. A record crowd turned out to celebrate Pride Day on June 6. And the party afterwards was another huge hit.
